Ministry of Education extended the deadline for applying for the Request for Expressions of Interest for Advisor for preparation of Feasibility study on operating study programs in English language and Strategy for implementation, which will be financed from World Bank loan within the "Higher Education and Research for Innovation and Competitiveness" project.
