Montenegrin Minister of Education and Science Slobodan Backovic will participate at the forty-seventh session of the International Conference on Education, organized by the International Bureau of Education. The Conference will take place in Geneva from 8 to 11 September 2004 on the theme " Quality Education for all Young People: Challenges, Trends and Priorities".
