Children with deficiencies in their growth may attain primary education inschools on the basis of the decision of the competent Commission that they may beincluded in regular teaching.The Ministry competent for education and science (hereinafter referred to as:the Ministry) shall prescribe the manner of the enrollment of children, and theorganization of educational work referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, at theproposal of the competent Council.The children with deficiencies in their growth, who need the adjusted deliveryof the compulsory educational curricula along with the additional professionalassistance, or who need the special educational curriculum, shall accomplish theprimary education in line with this Law and with other regulations.The education of children with learning difficulties will be carried out in themanner that the school shall adjust the methods and the forms of work, and enablethe learning through remedial teaching and other forms of individual and group help.(LAW ON PRIMARY EDUCATION, Article 10)InstituteInstitute is the institution in which the education of children with special needs(difficulties in growth) are carried out;(LAW ON GENERAL EDUCATION, Article 18)PerformersPreschool institutions, schools and institutes shall carry out education ofchildren with special needs, in line with the law.(Law on General Education, Article 27)The assessment of knowledge resulting from the education at homePupils with special needs, who are educated at home must acquire theeducation standards of knowledge according to the adjusted curricula.(LAW ON PRIMARY EDUCATION, ARTICLE 38)
